Prisons

I will be writing about prisons and school funding. More money goes to prisons than school funding and i really don't see the point in building so many prisons when some schools don't have text and work books. Here at FDA we cant even write in the write books, and that makes no sense at all.

Also what's the point of building so many if the people that go to prison may eventually commit another crime and some might not even learn from their mistakes and end up in prison again. I think that the government should give more money to schools so they can buy books and supplies, on the other hand America is in a financial economy and or crisis and yet more money is still going to building prison's instead of schools who are in desperate need of school supplies and anyway the united states of America has the most prisons in the world.

Some schools are in really bad shape and have no books. My fourth grade teacher Ms.Watts told my class that she had actually taught at a school that had no text books,workbooks,chalk or projectors and when they did order them they never arrived. So as you can see some schools desperately need supplies and yet more money still goes to other causes such as prisons. Even though i have never been to a school like that with children with no supplies do not learn as much as children in schools with supplies because you cant really teach or learn with out the right material/supplies.

Who can I interview and where can I find information

If i could interview any two people i would interview the board of education. I would interview them because they are in charge of education. I would also interview them because I find itweird that they know that alot of money goes to build prisons and not schools and if there were more schools then there would probably not be so many people( kids and teens) going to jail so there would be no need to keep building so manyprisons. The second person I would be President Obama . I would interview him because he is incharge of the board of education,and i wonder if anything could be done to stop building so many prisons, or atleast untill we had more school's and more school book's.

Subject-verb agreement

I have seen people behave very wild and excited at the Yankees parade. Every body was very happy and excited. I don't think I have ever seen anybody that excited for the Yankee's ( except when they were playing the Angel's and the Philies). They were screaming and jumping alot.They looked very happy. I wish I could have been there I would have been very very excited if I could have been but I was not but I was still happy
